Role: Warehouse Operative/Van Driver Salary: €30,000 - €35,000 Duration: Permanent Contract Location: Dublin North Hours: Monday-Friday Warehouse Operative/Van Driver National distributor located in North Dublin is currently seeking a reliable warehouse operative to join their team on a permanent basis.

This role is ideal if you enjoy variety in your workday, as it combines core warehouse responsibilities with occasional delivery driving duties throughout the Dublin region.

You will be part of a small but experienced warehouse team, assisting the goods-in processes, preparing orders for customer collections and deliveries.

You will also be expected to confidently operate the counterbalance forklift to support daily warehouse/yard duties.

In addition to these on-site tasks, the role also involves delivering products to stores and customers when required, ensuring timely and professional service.

To be considered for this position, you must hold a valid Category B driving licence and a valid counterbalance forklift certificate.

Whether working in the warehouse, in the yard or out on the road, you will be expected to represent the company with professionalism and always maintain a high standard of customer service.

Responsibilities: Transport goods safely to and from designated locations via the company vehicle in a professional manner when required.

Pick and pack goods orders for either dispatch or customer collections.

Assist the goods in department to unload products and ensure stock is correctly stored.

Conduct cycle counts, and stock takes when required as part of the inventory control team.

Keep the yard and warehouse area clean, organised, and compliant with the companys safety procedures.

Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and other departments.

Operate the counterbalance to load and unload incoming customers.

Requirements: Counterbalance forklift mandatory Manual handling certificate.

Full EU B license.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Computer literate a distinct advantage.
