Business Development Manager

We're looking for an ambitious and experienced BDM who knows the Irish freight market and is confident selling export solutions across Road, Air, and Ocean freight.
Whether you're based in Dublin, Galway, Limerick, or anywhere in between- this field-based role gives you the flexibility to work your patch your way.
The Role: Win new export business across Road, Air, and Ocean freight Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals Leverage your existing client network with conversion potential Collaborate with senior leadership on national growth strategy Represent the company at trade shows and industry events Deliver tailored logistics solutions to SME, mid-market and blue-chip clients The Person: 5+ years of freight forwarding sales experience (export focus preferred) Strong network within the Irish logistics market Commercially savvy with solid negotiation and pricing skills Comfortable working independently in a field-based role Motivated by targets, commission, and the chance to build something lasting What's in it for you?
