Man O' War is recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join their team for an immediate start, the ideal candidate will have a drivers Licence as we are not situated on a bus route, only candidates that have some form of transport will be contacted for interview.

Duties Include: Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the specialty section.

Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes Preparing meat and fish Assisting with the management of health and safety Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices Managing and training any Commis Chefs Monitoring portion and waste control Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards Additional pay: Tips Benefits: Bike to work scheme Employee discount On-site parking Schedule: 10 hour shift 12 hour shift Experience: chef: 2 years (preferred) Work Location: In person Skills: Chef de partie Benefits: Bike to work scheme Employee Discount onsite parking
