Duty Manager - 4 Hotel - Trim* Salary: 38,000 per annum Location: Trim, Co.

Meath The Noel Group is delighted to partner with a prestigious 4-star hotel in Trim to recruit an experienced and guest-focused Duty Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and highly regarded property known for its outstanding service, warm hospitality, and professional team culture.

As Duty Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring guests receive exceptional service across all departments.

You'll act as the Manager on Duty, coordinating front office, food and beverage, and housekeeping teams during shifts, and handling any guest issues or operational needs with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Duties & Responsibilities: Oversee the smooth operation of the hotel during shifts.

Act as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring any issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.

Lead and support departmental teams, promoting a culture of excellence and guest focus.

Ensure that all health & safety, hygiene, and brand standards are maintained at all times.

Support the management team in achieving performance and service targets.

Carry out opening and closing procedures and ensure daily handovers are completed effectively.

Candidate Requirements: Previous experience in a supervisory or duty management role within a hotel environment.

Strong leadership and team coordination skills.

Excellent guest service and communication abilities.

Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle unexpected situations with confidence.

Flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Candidates must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland (ROI).

Visa sponsorship and relocation packages are not provided.
