About the Role: As an R&D Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager, you will lead client engagements, manage the preparation and submission of R&D tax relief claims, and provide strategic tax advice.
This role requires a thorough understanding of R&D tax legislation and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
In this Role, You'll: Lead and manage the preparation of R&D tax relief claims for a diverse client portfolio.
Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of R&D tax legislation and compliance requirements.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
We're Seeking Someone with Experience Including: Proven experience in managing R&D tax relief claims within a professional services environment.
In-depth knowledge of R&D tax legislation and compliance requirements.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and client management abilities.
Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CTA are preferred.
