The Role We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Sustainability Manager to lead our environmental strategy and ensure that our sustainability action plan is implemented effectively across all regions in which we operate.

You will play a pivotal role in guiding Pure Fitout towards achievingand exceedingour sustainability commitments, ensuring our approach is both robust and impactful.

Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation and monitoring of Pure Fitouts sustainability strategy.

Ensure sustainability action points are practical, measurable, and aligned with regional regulations and best practices.

Collaborate with project teams to integrate sustainable solutions into all stages of fitout and construction projects.

Track, report, and communicate progress against environmental goals.

Stay informed on emerging trends, technologies, and regulations in sustainability, particularly within construction.

Build relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to promote sustainable practices.

Requirements Proven track record in sustainability leadership.

Experience in the construction or fitout sector is a strong advantage.

Knowledge of sustainability standards, certifications, and best practices across Ireland, the UK, and Europe.

Strong project management and organisational skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Passion for driving real change in environmental performance.
