Project Manager

Role & Responsibilities: Ensure project adherence to company policies, procedures, and building regulations.
Coordinate construction activities within set program, budget, and specifications.
Facilitate effective communication through organizing Site Meetings with Design Team & Subcontractors.
Supervise site staff and subcontractors to maintain construction quality standards.
Manage information flow between Construction Team, subcontractors, and site personnel, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Requirements: 5+ years of project manager expertise, successfully overseeing the delivery of 2 or more building commercial projects.
Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
Fitout Experience.
Proficient in IT, with skills in Microsoft Office/Excel and Microsoft Project.
