Role Overview We are seeking a Site Rep Coordinator / Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial and operational teams across this busy and critical hospital site.

The successful candidate will assist in managing project costs, preparing documentation, and coordinating works while ensuring that contractual obligations are met and projects remain on budget.

Key Responsibilities Liaise with client representatives, subcontractors, and suppliers to support site measurement activities.

Prepare quotations and assist in cost estimating.

Coordinate works across the site, ensuring seamless communication between all parties.

Support with contract administration and financial reporting.

Assist in the preparation and review of project documentation.

Monitor project progress and maintain accurate records.

Support senior commercial staff with procurement and valuation processes.

Essential Criteria Degree or 3rd level qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

Experience in site coordination or prior exposure to quantity surveying (through work placement or post-graduate experience).

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant construction software tools.

Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Criteria Previous experience working on a live healthcare or public sector site.

Familiarity with NEC contracts or term service contract environments.

Driving license (site-based role may require travel between locations).
