The role of Plant Manager involves overseeing the operations of a facility in the clinical waste sector, ensuring efficient manufacturing and engineering processes.

With a medium-sized workforce, the company offers a professional and structured environment Description Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

Implement and maintain safety and compliance standards across all plant activities.

Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.

Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians to achieve operational goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance production processes and outcomes.

Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements where necessary.

Ensure equipment and machinery are maintained and upgraded as required.

Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.

Profile A successful Plant Manager should have: A degree or equivalent qualification in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.

Proven experience in managing plant operations within the engineering and manufacturing department.

(Clinical waste handling advantageous) Strong knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in a manufacturing environment.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Ability to analyse operational data and implement strategic improvements.

Effective communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Job Offer Competitive salary in the range of 54000 to 75000, depending on experience.
