We are currently recruiting for an experiencedPlant Manager to lead operations at a power generation facility. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven leader with a strong background in plant operations—particularly in environments involving gas reciprocating engines, or broader power plant systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all day-to-day site operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.

- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, maintenance, warehouse, and EHS.

- Monitor site progress and ensure smooth integration of Balance of Plant (BOP) systems.

- Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring delivery against scope, cost, and schedule.

- Take ownership of quotations, change management, cost control, and project deadlines.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant permits, legal requirements, and health & safety regulations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Proven experience in a Plant Manager or senior operational leadership role within the power generation sector.

- Strong technical understanding of gas reciprocating engines, or similar technologies.

- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex plant operations.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Highly desirable: direct experience with Gas reciprocating engines.
