M&E Quantity Surveyor We are currently recruiting an M&E Quantity Surveyor for a leading engineering services company.
This role is based in Kildare and involves tendering major projects across Ireland, to work on a range of Data Centre, Pharmaceutical and Healthcare projects.

Responsibilities: Review contracts to ensure compliance and identify commercial or legal risks.
Manage procurement activities to secure materials and subcontractors efficiently.
Monitor and control project budgets to meet financial targets.
Prepare monthly cost reports, valuations and management accounts.
Improve commercial processes to boost project efficiency and profitability.
Review key correspondence and address contractual issues promptly.
Manage subcontractor accounts, valuations and final payments.
Maintain strong client relationships and agree final accounts.
Provide commercial support to project teams on cost and risk matters.
Assist with tenders by preparing estimates and commercial inputs.
Requirements: For this M&E Quantity Surveyor a third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics is beneficial but not mandatory.
1 year experience in Quantity Surveying or a similar role.
Solid foundation in quantity surveying principles with a proven track record of successful project involvement.
Strong operational awareness and keen attention to detail in all aspects of commercial delivery.
Effective presentation and general management skills to support client and team engagement.
Excellent written communication and negotiation skills to secure strong commercial outcomes.
Ability to multitask effectively and manage a high volume of projects simultaneously.
