M&E Quantity Surveyor

Global organizations are seeking a skilled M&E Quantity Surveyor to oversee commercial processes and boost project efficiency and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have experience in tendering major projects, managing procurement activities, monitoring and controlling project budgets, preparing monthly cost reports, valuations and management accounts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing contracts to ensure compliance and identifying commercial or legal risks
  • Managing procurement activities to secure materials and subcontractors efficiently
  • Monitoring and controlling project budgets to meet financial targets
  • Preparing monthly cost reports, valuations and management accounts
  • Improving commercial processes to boost project efficiency and profitability

Requirements for the role include:

  • A third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics
  • 1 year experience in Quantity Surveying or a similar role
  • Solid foundation in quantity surveying principles with a proven track record of successful project involvement
