The Role Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager - Planning and Sponsorship, we are looking for a Group Sponsorship Executive who will be responsible for the execution of sponsorships across Dalata Hotel Group.
Key Responsibilities Lead in the delivery of best-in-class activation of all sponsorships across the Dalata Hotel Group.
Act as a point of contact for our key rights holders of group sponsorships, such as the Dalata Hotel Group GAA Football U20 Championship, Aer Lingus College Football and regional sponsorships.
Liaise with our agency partners (Media/Creative/Sponsorship/Social) and others as necessary.
Manage the tracking, reporting and evaluation of key sponsorship properties.
Liaise with hotels to ensure that all hotel sponsorships are planned, activated and evaluated as per brand strategy.
Manage the day-to day budgeting of all sponsorship-related costs ensuring all come in on budget.
Communicate and present to colleagues, senior managers, and other internal stakeholders on sponsorship related areas.
Lead in the ongoing development of brand guidelines and toolkits to ensure best-in-class execution of all sponsorship properties across Dalata Hotel Group.
Monitor the competitor environment within the broader world of sponsorship, bringing a leading-edge external perspective to Dalata Hotel Group sponsorship and broader marketing activities.
Be an active member of the wider marketing team within Dalata Hotel Group, fully supporting your colleagues in the overall delivery of shared departmental objectives.
You Have: Bachelor's degree in marketing.
Minimum of 2-3 experience in working within the sponsorship field; client, agency or rights holder areas.
A passion for sponsorship, a desire to learn and develop your career in this field.
A demonstrated ability to work effectively in the sponsorship space.
An innate ability to connect with all stakeholders; a true team player, a genuine collaborator with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong project management skills with an ability to own end-to-end activation plans.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office,?Word, Power Point, Excel and?Outlook.
Mobility, as some travel may be required.
