Group Reporting Executive Irish Plc The Group Reporting Executive will take responsibility for the preparation and delivery of timely and accurate consolidated financial reporting for the Group.

This includes statutory reporting under IFRS, board reporting, and external disclosures.

The ideal candidate will be technically strong, have excellent stakeholder management skills, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced PLC environment.

Key Responsibilities: Own the Group consolidation process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Oversee the preparation and review of consolidated monthly, half-year, and year-end financial results.

Prepare statutory reports and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with external disclosures.

Monitor, interpret, and implement changes to IFRS and ensure compliance across the Group.

Support investor relations, treasury, tax, and other internal teams with relevant financial information and analysis.

Manage the Group reporting calendar and liaise with finance teams across subsidiaries and joint ventures.

Review and challenge subsidiary submissions to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Drive process improvements, automation, and enhancements in financial reporting systems and tools.

Provide technical accounting advice and support for ad-hoc projects, acquisitions, and complex transactions.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Qualified Accountant (2+ PQE).

Demonstrated experience in a listed company environment or a multinational with complex reporting structures.

Experience in external audit coordination and managing relationships with senior stakeholders.

Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset and the ability to deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.

Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively across diverse teams.
