Head of Finance and Operations Fully remote role Salary €60 K to €65 K DOE Make an Impact - Lead the Financial and Operational Growth of a Leading Charity Do you have a strong background in financial and operational management within the charity sector? We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Finance and Operations to join an innovative charity thats making a real difference.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the financial health and operational efficiency of our organisation, ensuring its long-term sustainability while staying true to their mission of community integration and inclusion.

As Head of Finance and Operations, you will oversee all aspects of financial management, strategic planning, fundraising support and day-to-day operations.

You will work closely with the CEO and the Board to ensure robust financial governance and operational excellence.

A minimum of three years leadership experience in financial and operational management is required with a proven track record working within the charity sector with a real passion for social change along with the financial expertise and a strong understanding of governance and SORP This is a fantastic opportunity to use your financial and operational expertise to drive meaningful social change.
