The Role The firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join its busy team.

The successful candidate will handle a wide range of family law matters, working closely with clients to provide practical, empathetic, and results-focused legal advice.

This position is open to both full-time and part-time applicants, offering flexibility to suit individual circumstances.

Key Responsibilities Managing a caseload of family law matters including divorce, separation, financial settlements, and child-related cases Drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements Providing clear, compassionate, and pragmatic advice to clients Representing clients in negotiations and, where required, at court hearings Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and firm policies Building and maintaining strong client relationships Requirements Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland Proven experience in family law (minimum 1 year PQE desirable, though all levels considered) Strong technical knowledge of family law procedures and processes Excellent communication and client care skills with an empathetic approach Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and effectively Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Benefits Competitive salary package Excellent annual leave entitlement Clear career development and progression opportunities Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity to join a well-regarded Belfast law firm with a strong reputation in family law Apply via the link or contact Ciaran Gallagher in confidence to discuss further.
