Family Law Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Law Solicitor to join our dynamic team. As a specialist in family law, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and representation to clients navigating complex family matters.

The Role:
  • Managing a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, separation, financial settlements, and child-related cases.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Providing empathetic and pragmatic advice to clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the process.
  • Representing clients in negotiations and at court hearings, advocating for their rights and interests.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and firm policies, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional client care and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland, with a strong foundation in family law.
  • Proven experience in family law (minimum 1 year PQE desirable), with a demonstrated ability to manage complex cases.
  • Strong technical knowledge of family law procedures and processes, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the needs of clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
