Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fund Administrator to join their Shareholder Services team.
This role involves working closely with a dynamic team to manage investor transactions, maintain shareholder records, and respond to client and investor queries.

This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Responsibilities Process investor transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, switches, and transfers, while maintaining accurate records.
Prepare and issue timely and accurate investor reporting, as well as compile reports for investment managers.
Handle subscription and redemption payments, complete daily reconciliations for fund bank accounts, and maintain shareholder static data.
Respond to client and investor queries, ensuring prompt and professional communication, and escalate unresolved or complex issues as necessary.
Follow internal Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures, liaise with the AML team, and contribute to ad hoc projects such as disaster recovery initiatives.
Requirements Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and clients at all levels.
Attention to detail and a structured approach to work, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Flexibility and determination to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced setting.
