Junior Administrator

I am currently looking for a Junior Administrator to work with a logistics client of ours located in Dublin 12. This role will be permanent, working fully on site and will give someone the opportunity to learn new skills and improve your experience in administration.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and show real enthusiasm – personality is key

Salary & Benefits:

€30,000    
Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm  
Canteen

Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support across departments
Assist with data entry, document processing, and filing
Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner
Maintain accurate records and databases
Support the team with ad hoc tasks as needed

Key Requirements:

Previous office experience of up to 1 year
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Good communication skills – both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Willingness to learn and take initiative
A positive and enthusiastic approach – Its all about the attitude
