HV Tendering Engineer We are recruiting for a High Voltage (HV) Tendering Engineer to join our team in Dublin.
This role offers the opportunity to work on major construction projects with a leading Tier 1 contractor.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our Business Development, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver high-quality, competitive tenders.

Responsibilities Lead tendering activities for Power & Renewables (High Voltage) projects Prepare compliant tender documents, including technical and commercial inputs Collaborate with engineering, construction, commercial, and support teams Manage client interface during tender and post-tender clarifications Coordinate electrical and civil engineering interfaces for tenders Attend and lead post-tender meetings Review tender specifications and ensure BID deliverables are met Liaise with Estimation on commercial proposals Ensure compliance with business procedures and highlight risks Manage tender submissions via various portals Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce risk Requirements Degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering Minimum 3 years experience in High Voltage tendering or related roles Strong understanding of commercial fundamentals and project bid management Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficient IT skills for reports and presentations Experience managing multiple, multi disciplinary tenders simultaneously Ability to work independently and collaboratively Solution focused mindset and flexible to travel Benefits Salary: €60k - €75k DOE Annual bonus Work on major, high-profile construction projects Professional development opportunities If you are an HV Tendering Engineer who is looking for your next career move, send your CV to Kate OHerlihy or call for a confidential discussion.
