Finance Manager Salary: €75,000 €85,000 per annum + benefits Location: Dublin (Hybrid working available) About the Role Our client, a fast-growing international technology business in the travel and connectivity sector, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their expanding global finance team.
This is a key role within the organisation, offering the opportunity to work across multiple international entities, drive financial strategy, and lead on group consolidation and reporting.
The successful candidate will take ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting while supporting strategic projects, business integrations, and international expansion.
This position offers a varied workload, high levels of autonomy, and exposure to senior decision-makers across the group.
Key Responsibilities Oversee the production of monthly management accounts for each company within the group Ensure accurate and timely completion of: Balance sheet reconciliations Transaction posting checks and corrections Asset register maintenance Stock movement verification and posting Prepayments, accruals, and intercompany charges Intercompany reconciliations and group consolidation Manage corporate compliance and statutory reporting requirements Lead the financial onboarding and integration of newly acquired businesses Partner with senior leadership to set and monitor annual budgets Liaise with external auditors and manage the audit process Collaborate with data and operational teams to enhance accounting systems and reporting efficiency Take responsibility for group cash flow forecasting and treasury management Oversee the groups tax compliance and reporting function Provide leadership, guidance, and development to the finance team What Were Looking For Professionally qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA) Minimum 5 years experience in a senior finance role, ideally in a multinational or multi-entity environment Proven experience with group consolidations and complex reporting structures Strong business acumen with the ability to partner across international teams Track record of delivering results under tight deadlines Leadership skills with experience managing a high-performing finance function Experience with system implementations or process improvements Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Sector experience in technology, e Commerce, or telecoms is advantageous Why Apply?
