
Reconciliations Specialist

We are currently seeking to recruit Reconciliation Specialist to join our Regulatory reporting department, with responsibilities the analysis and reconciliation of multiple client asset accounts and trading transaction reporting, the determination and resolution of payment or reporting discrepancies and participating in the implementation of forensic and enhanced governance and compliance procedures by the deployment of advance IT system, this role will require 39 hours per Week.
9-6pm from Monday to Friday.
Reporting to the Risk & Regulation reporting Manager, this position will have the following responsibilities: Responsible for the day-to-day administration and reconciliation of multiple Client Asset Accounts and Trading transaction Reports Research and resolve any discrepancies Liaising directly with the relevant team internally or externally to resolve any queries Compiling of periodical reports and monitoring of reporting data qualities Assisting in the implementation of enhanced administration and control procedures and IT systems Ongoing financial support services to the Management Team including providing analyses and reports on activity To be considered for this position, applicants will meet the following requirements: 1-2 Years experience in a busy reconciliations or Data analysis environment, credit management or accounts receivable role A strong attention to detail 3rd level degree or above Excellent Microsoft Excel skills Ability to adapt quickly to a role and demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team A self starter willing to take the initiative and get results Skills: Transaction Accounting Regulatory Reporting Microsoft Packages Data reconciliation Bank Reconciliation Data Analysis Benefits: bike to work, taxsaver.
