Management Account - North Dublin Hire Force is working with an Irish SME based in North Dublin that is looking for a Management Accountant to join their finance team.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting stakeholders across the business by delivering accurate and timely financial reports, analysing key data to generate actionable insights, and driving effective financial planning and control to enable informed decision-making Key Responsibilities: Produce accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, including detailed variance analysis.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
Conduct detailed cost analysis and reporting, highlighting areas for improvement.
Partner with department heads, delivering clear management reports, financial insights, and guidance.
Identify opportunities to enhance reporting and analysis processes.
Support continuous improvement initiatives, including system testing and data validation.
Ensure full compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and internal controls.
Liaise with internal and external auditors, providing documentation and support as required.
Qualifications Required: Qualified or Part Qualified Accountant Experience in management accounting and month end reporting Be proficient in Excel Have excellent organisational and time management skills Have excellent communication skills Remuneration: Competitive salary DOE, and a hybrid working model.
