Description

As Account Manager, you will support the client services team on the production and delivery of multi-disciplinary projects. Briefs and projects will span from brand creation, rebrand and design projects to experiential, environmental and events for national and international clients.

The Account Manager will need to have superb attention to detail and project management skills, be naturally curious, resourceful, and inventive. We'll look for you to build rewarding partnerships with our clients by delivering great service and developing a thorough understanding of their business and needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be solely responsible for day-to-day management of specific accounts and nurture existing client relationships
  • Assist the CS team on daily account operations as necessary – planning, coordinating, scheduling, liaison, etc.
  • Proactively keep documentation and project management software updated
  • Support the team on daily admin duties such as updating files on Dropbox, updating excel sheets, seeking quotes from and following up with suppliers, ordering items for print/production, etc.
  • Contribute to the quality control of outputs – supporting the CS team to ensure smooth operations across the design floor from production to completion
  • Support on project scopes, quotes and invoicing as required
  • Assist in the creation of pitches and proposals
  • Help with various office management tasks as they arise
