A respected mid-sized main contractor is seeking an experienced Site Foreman for a large-scale apartment development located in Dublin 18.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company with a strong pipeline of residential work.
The successful candidate will oversee daily site activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure high standards of workmanship and safety on-site.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all site activities, ensuring efficient delivery of works in line with the construction programme.
Manage and monitor subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and timeline targets.
Assist the Site Manager and Project Manager with day-to-day site operations, labour management, and scheduling.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised site in line with company and statutory health & safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of progress, site activity, and labour reports.
Participate in site meetings and contribute to planning, sequencing, and delivery strategy.
Support junior site staff and promote a positive, team-focused working environment.
Requirements: 3+ years experience as a Site Foreman, ideally on apartment block projects.
Trade background or construction-related qualification an advantage.
Proven experience supervising multiple trades and subcontractors on busy sites.
Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
Full driving licence and legal right to work in Ireland.
Salary & Benefits: €70,000 €75,000 (Depending on experience) Company Pension Scheme Performance-Based Bonus Company Vehicle or Car Allowance Fuel Card Strong pipeline of projects in South Dublin and North Wicklow.
