We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to oversee construction projects in Dublin. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining project timelines and budgets. The Site Foreman will also act as a key point of contact between project managers, clients, and on-site teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and manage on-site construction activities.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor project progress and report on any issues to management.
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and quality on site.
- Conduct regular site meetings to communicate objectives and address concerns.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a site foreman or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CSCS, site safety supervisor) are preferred.
