The business operates across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, with exciting growth plans throughout Europe.

This presents an exceptional opportunity for an experienced finance leader to take the next step in their career, working closely with and reporting directly to the CFO.

Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Ensure the accuracy of financial reports, including profit & loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements Oversee budgeting and Forecasting Cash Flow Management Risk Management Ensure effective cost management and profitability monitoring across all projects Tax Planning and Compliance Your Experience: Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) with 5+ years post qual experience Proven leadership and team development capabilities, coupled with excellent people management skills.

Strong commercial acumen and a strategic approach to financial management and planning.

Outstanding problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges and driving change.
