As a Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head Chef, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Assist the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations and staff.
Ensure the preparation and presentation of dishes meet the highest standards.
Manage and train junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring efficient stock control.
