Job Opportunity: Sous Chef

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with our Head Chef to develop innovative menus that showcase local ingredients
  • Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory, and stock control
  • Lead a small team of chefs and ensure high-quality food standards and presentation
  • Take responsibility for the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef
  • Cater for small functions and banquets with attention to detail and professionalism

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience with menu planning, inventory, and stock control
