Job Title: Executive Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Kitchen Assistant to join our award-winning kitchen team.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years' previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
  • Good knowledge of HACCP principles and practices, with the ability to ensure compliance and document procedures.
  • A recognised chef qualification, such as a City & Guilds diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working up to 5 days per week in the kitchen department, producing food products to agreed standards within specified timeframes.
  • Liaising and communicating effectively with breakfast chefs and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
