Reason for Vacancy and Summary

We are now recruiting for aExecutive Assistantwith experience inPersonal Assistanceto a senior leader to be based in our Head Office in Marine Point, Belview Port.

You will support a Director with varied tasks as part of your role,assisting with a range of tasks to enhance productivity and organisation. Your responsibilities will blend marketing, administrative, and executive support duties to ensure smooth operations and effective communication across the team.

Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and tracking of new marketing programs, developing Store-All's online presence, creating, and managing the production of marketing collateral, helping with the organization of events, managing CRM, supporting the preparation of tenders and contracts, and responding to sales quotes.

At Store-All Logistics with 850,000+ sq ft of warehousing space across the South-East and clients including some of the biggest names in food and pharma, we're a powerhouse in supply chain management.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Creating compelling content, from social media posts to tenders and brochures
  • Planning and managing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Coordinating internal and external communications with flair
  • Updating our website and CRM systems to keep everything sharp and current
  • Supporting company events, client activities, and key admin tasks for senior leadership
  • Ensuring our branding remains consistent, modern, and powerful
  • Providing Personal Assistant support to the directors, including diary management, meeting coordination, and documentation
  • Providing project-specific administrative and sales support.

  • AGeneral Business degree or Marketing degreeis desirable
  • Experience working with Senior Leaders and/or Directors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in marketing coordination and content creation
  • A creative spark and proficiency in design or publishing tools
  • A self-starter mindset with top-notch organisation skills
  • A collaborative spirit and desire to be part of something great
