We are working with a top-tier international firm who are looking for a Senior Associate to join their Corporate team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a dynamic and experienced team, advising on a companies at all stages of their lifecycle in a diverse range of corporate matters, such as venture capital, private equity transactions, equity capital markets, tax structuring, and corporate restructurings.

The candidate will play a key role in supporting a variety of clients in cross-border matters, such as M&A and joint venture. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to contribute to business development while managing client relationships.

  • 5+ years' PQE;
  • Strong background in general M&A and venture capitals within a city or leading national or international firm;
  • Ability to demonstrate strong commercial awareness;
  • Strong academics;
  • Technically excellent with strong attention to detail;
  • Interest in professional development;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
