Senior Banking Solicitor Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced solicitor to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. Our client is one of the largest firms in the country with a thriving banking and finance practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising major banks and financial institutions on secured and unsecured lending regulatory matters debt restructurings work outs recovery strategies and large scale loan sales.
  • Working closely with senior colleagues to deliver high-quality results and meet tight deadlines.
  • Building relationships with clients and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualified solicitor with experience in banking or finance at the NQ-3PQE level.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients colleagues and other stakeholders.
