We are seeking a motivated Change Delivery Manager/ Scrum Master with Agile experience in cybersecurity or regulated environments.

You will support cross-functional teams in delivering secure, high-quality cybersecurity solutions, driving change, managing projects, and removing impediments, collaborating closely with management, security engineers, and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coaching teams and stakeholders in Agile principles and best practices.
  • Developing existing or future business analysts.
  • Guiding teams to become self-organizing and cross-functional.
  • Identifying and addressing blockers and dependencies.
  • Collaborating with operational managers to refine and prioritize backlogs aligned with business goals.
  • Monitoring and reporting team performance with data-driven insights.
  • Enhancing AzureDevOps usage for efficient workflows.
  • Building and monitoring dashboards in AzureDevOps and PowerBi.
  • Supporting capacity planning for project and operational managers.

Ideal candidate skills and experience:

  • Experience with cybersecurity teams or in secure/regulated sectors.
  • Ability to manage dependencies and align delivery with strategic priorities.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience with ServiceNow is beneficial but not essential.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and tools.
  • Experience in DevSecOps and integrating security into Agile workflows.
  • Knowledge of threat management, incident response, or vulnerability management.
