We are looking for Full Time Bar Staff to join our team at The Anglers Rest Castleknock, Dublin 15.

This is a fast-paced role with travel and customer service at the core of your responsibilities.

We require a Bartender skilled in pint pulling, drink measuring, and engaging chat for our customers.

Purpose:

To provide a high standard of customer care by ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the food hall. Deliver consistent, high-quality service with a warm welcome, accurate orders, and attention to detail to maximize guest satisfaction.

Role and Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent, friendly, and courteous service to all guests.
  2. Acknowledge and warmly welcome guests at the bar.
  3. Maintain knowledge of menu items, wines, beverages, and promotions.
  4. Ensure food hall, bar, and beverage areas are properly prepared before and after service.
  5. Participate in relevant internal training.
  6. Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional attitude with guests and colleagues.
  7. Carry out cash handling procedures per company policy.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A desire to deliver high-standard customer service.
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility regarding working hours.
  • Good command of the English language.
