Overview

Coopman Search & Selection are delighted to partner with a rapidly growing Aircraft Leasing company based in Dublin who are looking to hire a Senior Financial Accountant on permanent basis.

Responsibilities
  • Preparing and maintain bank reconciliations
  • Investigating and resolving reconciling items arising from operating lease rental receipts from airlines
  • Monthly intercompany reconciliations
  • Processing and booking journal entries to the accounting system
  • Support the wider Finance team on projects and initiatives as required
  • Lease calculation and valuation of all assets.
  • Completion of external returns, including VAT.
  • Support ad hoc finance projects.
Qualifications
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent years PQE
  • High degree of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, works on own initiative while remaining team focused and proactively supporting and effecting change and process improvements
