Responsibilities
  • Provide information by answering communications and referring complex queries to the appropriate person
  • Onboard new joiners to the Company
  • Maintain human resources records
  • Verify candidates backgrounds by contacting references
  • Issue and process applicable forms and applications; verify completion
  • Explain benefits to employees and respond to benefit queries
  • Comply with Employment Law and prevent litigation
  • Maintain confidentiality of HR information
  • Update job knowledge through educational opportunities and Employment Law news
  • Support administration and operations of the Senior HR Associate, HR Manager, PSC Management, Clients and stakeholders
  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, onboarding documents, and administer benefit programs
  • Onboard employees in a timely manner; coordinate medical appointments (if applicable) and obtain necessary signatures
  • Complete eligibility to work checks and ensure visa/document validity
  • Organise regular check-ins with existing employees; conduct background checks and manage global mobility visa programme documentation
  • Notify staff of internal opportunities; maintain personnel records
  • Advise on Annual Leave balances and maintain employee records
  • Assist with information gathering and GDPR compliance
  • Administer medical insurance and assist with enrollment
  • Collate and process timesheets for accounts
  • Maintain HR records for new hires, transfers, terminations, and leave tracking
  • Provide onboarding orientation and ensure policy familiarity
  • Document HR actions and update trackers for Employee IDs, IRP and VISA documents
  • Review timesheets weekly and address errors promptly
  • Review client systems (e.g., AgileOne/FieldGlass) and process related expenses
  • Respond to client queries promptly; handle ad-hoc duties as required
  • Support Senior HR and management in related activities
  • Additional duties as requested by management to fulfill business requirements
