Responsibilities
  • Drive Compliance: Ensure vendor compliance with end-to-end billing and financial processes globally.
  • Project Execution: Collaborate with teams to scope, execute, and manage projects that solve operational challenges.
  • Documentation Mastery: Create and maintain SOPs, process maps, and training materials to empower teams.
  • Service Design Enhancement: Work with Vendor Solution Design Consultants to improve service design and standards.
  • Strategic Selection: Partner with procurement to select the best vendors and optimise outsourcing solutions.
  • Contract Management: Negotiate, create, and ensure compliance with contracts for maximum performance.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain a portfolio of preferred suppliers, monitor performance, and manage escalations.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Drive the sharing of best practices and successes both internally and externally.
