Business Analyst

Business Analyst (SaaS) role based in Dublin, Ireland with a hybrid work arrangement. Working closely with the Product Manager, you'll focus on shaping the product and business strategy. You should be comfortable communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and measure performance across the SaaS platform.
Responsibilities- Shape product and business strategy in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and measure performance across the SaaS platform.
- Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Degree in Computer Science or other relevant discipline
- 5+ years experience as a BA in a SaaS tech business
- Strong SQL Skills
- Experience with one or more of Power BI, Tableau, Looker etc
- Extensive knowledge of Agile Methodologies (SCRUM preferred)
- Experience in product analytics and supporting agile development teams
- Experience working with large datasets and exposure to statistical modelling and forecasting
- Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
