Community & Content Marketing Manager at Novonesis — join our Irish team to drive the PrecisionBiotics brand through online content and community engagement with informed, health-conscious audiences in Ireland.
We are a market leader in healthcare in Ireland, and this role centers on developing engaging content that educates and empowers patients/consumers and healthcare professionals (HCPs). You will craft and curate a bespoke community hub and lead community engagement within a global organization.
What You'll Do- Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement content strategies for B2C & B2B audiences, elevating brand awareness and reinforcing PrecisionBiotics value proposition with existing customers.
- Develop Evidence-Based Content: Collaborate with design to produce high-quality wellness content for B2B (HCPs) and B2C (consumers).
- Collaborate Across Departments: Work with internal stakeholders and science teams to align content with business objectives, identify opportunities in other B2C offerings and ensure compliance.
- Analyze and Optimize Content: Use data to monitor content effectiveness and optimize strategies across all communications to maximize impact.
- Enhance Sales Materials and Strategy: Oversee content budgeting and production scheduling in coordination with the Marketing Manager.
- Online Community: Lead the communication strategy for the PrecisionBiotics community in Ireland.
- Build and Develop: Manage forums, communication points and social media groups.
- Key Campaign Collaboration: Develop campaigns throughout the year aligned with the Marketing Manager for both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Brand Management
- Budgeting: Oversee content budgeting, production scheduling and workflow with the Marketing Manager.
- Potential for future growth in the team as new categories launch and innovation expands in Ireland; provide insights to the global Novonesis organization.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or relevant field.
- Extensive experience: 2–5+ years in a marketing or content role in B2C healthcare or food & beverage or a regulated industry within the IRL or UK market.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices to support content and community effectiveness (B2C and B2B/HCP).
- Strategic mindset with a track record of developing content that aligns with business objectives and enhances brand narrative.
- Understanding of digital marketing trends and technologies to drive audience growth in healthcare.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent teamwork and ability to work with cross-functional teams; ability to work under pressure; customer-focused mindset; passion for patients and consumers' healthcare needs.
