We are looking for a Part-Time Night Porter to join our award-winning team at The Morrison, Curio Collection by Hilton hotel. The Night Porter provides guest assistance, administers guest check-in and check-out, and acts as the main point of contact for guests during the night.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist guests, ensuring excellent service at all times
  • Administer guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
  • Handle guest complaints and maintenance issues, recording and following up to ensure satisfaction
  • Complete night audit reports and distribute them as required
  • Carry out security checks to ensure the safety of the hotel, guests, and staff
  • Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and credit control procedures are followed at Front Office
  • Be familiar with hotel facilities, outlets, and promotions to assist and inform guests
  • Provide support to other departments during the night when required
What We Are Looking For
  • Previous experience in a night porter or night reception role (desirable)
  • Strong focus on guest service and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, flexible, and available to work night shifts (including weekends)
  • Good IT and systems knowledge to support Front Office operations
  • Full legal rights to work in Ireland
