As a Night Porter, you will be warm and welcoming, provide the guest with an efficient and courteous welcome and departure service, while ensuring the department operates in an organised manner.

This is a part-time overnight position. Candidates should be available to work 20-24 hours per week. You will be responsible, but not limited to, the following duties:

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining a high level of communication with staff and guests
  • Working closely with the Front Office night team
  • Assisting guests with any special requests
  • Hotel night duties, including meeting room setup, cleanliness of lobby and public areas etc
  • An awareness of hotel security, and adhering to the standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Hotel room service
  • Assisting guests with luggage
