We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Floor Manager to lead a high-performing retail team in Tralee. This role is fast-paced, varied, and rewarding, with a strong focus on people, service, and results. You will be at the heart of the store operation, driving commercial performance while creating a culture where your team can thrive.

The Role

As Floor Manager, you will:

  • Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service across all areas of the store.
  • Support the Assistant Manager & Store Management team in daily operations, including back-of-house and running the store when required.
  • Ensure smooth stock management, operational efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
  • Create a positive, inclusive culture where your team feels supported, inspired, and engaged.
  • Drive sales performance and deliver results through effective planning, communication, and hands-on leadership.
  • Problem-solve and adapt quickly to changing priorities while keeping the team aligned and focused.
About You

We are looking for a proven retail leader who can bring energy, resilience, and commercial awareness to the role. You will be:

  • Experienced in managing and motivating teams within a retail environment.
  • Customer-focused with a genuine passion for delivering a fantastic in-store experience.
  • Commercially savvy, with the ability to spot opportunities and drive results.
  • Calm and approachable under pressure, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident in handling people management, performance, and day-to-day challenges.
  • Highly organised, able to prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Full visa to work in Ireland full time
