Veterinary Care Customer Service serves as the point of entry for the veterinary hospital. The successful candidate will support clients and navigate complex protocols, phone systems and organizational structure to provide process and services information to faculty, residents, students, clients, visitors and referring veterinarians. Some other responsibilities of the position entail communicating regarding client financial responsibilities, referral process, solving access and financial issues.
