Overview

Join to apply for the Senior Claims Officer role at Allianz Partners

The role will involve working across 3 support functions to ensure a seamless service to stakeholders – Claims Review, Provider Queries and Claims Technical/IT Support teams.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Claims Review mailbox ensuring emails are responded to within 48-hour SLA.
  • Ensure Data Protection Breaches are urgently reviewed, logged and escalated with 24-hour SLA.
  • Oversee the review of Ex-gratia requests.
  • Compile relevant reporting and provide insights on Data Protection Breaches and Ex-gratia activity to management team.
  • Ensure all SOPs are up to date and adhered to.
  • Compile relevant data for SARs in line with timelines outlined by Compliance Team.
  • Support the Provider Queries Team in the management of queries, reconciliation requests and management information reporting and analysis.
  • Support the Claims Technical Support specialist with User Acceptance Testing, IT ticket handling, Production Release and Maintenance Notifications.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Appetite for process improvement and simplification.
  • APA in Private Medical Insurance.
  • Fluency in English required (verbal and written).
