Position Overview

Are you a coffee enthusiast with a passion for creating exceptional coffee experiences? We're looking for someone experienced and passionate about coffee. The ideal candidate takes pride in crafting espresso or cappuccino and providing guests with a memorable café experience. This is your opportunity to showcase your barista skills in a vibrant and luxurious hotel setting. As part of our team, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience, creating memorable moments with every cup.

Candidate Requirements
  • A genuine passion for coffee and creating high-quality beverages.
  • Proven experience as a Barista in a café or high-end hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, including espresso-based drinks and latte art.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and health & safety practices.
  • Barista training or relevant certifications are a plus but not required.
What Youll Be Doing
  • Preparing and serving a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, tea, and specialty coffees.
  • Crafting beautiful and consistent latte art and ensuring high-quality drinks are served.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the café and work areas.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth café operations and timely service.
  • Managing inventory and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
  • Engaging with guests to ensure their satisfaction and handle any inquiries or requests.
