Position Overview

Are you a coffee enthusiast with a passion for creating exceptional coffee experiences? We are looking for someone experienced and passionate about coffee. The ideal candidate takes pride in crafting the perfect espresso or cappuccino and providing guests with a memorable café experience. This is an opportunity to showcase your barista skills in a vibrant and luxurious hotel setting, contributing to the guest experience with every cup.

Candidate Requirements
  • A genuine passion for coffee and creating high-quality beverages.
  • Proven experience as a Barista in a café or high-end hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, including espresso-based drinks and latte art.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and health & safety practices.
  • Barista training or relevant certifications are a plus but not required.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Preparing and serving a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, tea, and specialty coffees.
  • Crafting latte art and ensuring high-quality drinks are served.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the café and work areas.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth café operations and timely service.
  • Managing inventory and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
  • Engaging with guests to ensure their satisfaction and handle any inquiries or requests.
