Overview

The Hoxton, Dublin is gearing up to open its very first hotel in Ireland in the beautiful capital city of Dublin. This coastal city is steeped in history, packed with green parks and brought to life through music, art and the best social eating and drinking. The Hoxton, Dublin will be home to 129 bedrooms of varying sizes, a lobby bar, historic bar, large ground floor restaurant and lobby restaurant, in addition to another first for us - a nightclub.

What you'll do
  • Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.
  • Know your product and systems inside out.
  • Make whatever the mood calls for, from perfectly poured espresso to seasonal specials that keep things fresh.
  • Work with the rest of the team in keeping things running smoothly.
  • Be more than a Barista – willing to lend a hand and help the F&B team as a whole.
Qualifications
  • Individuals. You're looking for a place where you can be you; no clones in suits here.
  • Passion for hospitality – whether that's a drink, a meal, an event or a bed for the night.
  • You're all about having a positive impact on the people you interact with, leaving them with a memorable experience.
  • You're not precious. We leave our egos at the door and help get things done.
  • You're up for doing things differently and trying (almost) everything once.
  • If we got stuck in a lift together, we'd have a good time and share a few laughs.
  • You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other, and has fun along the way.
  • Previous bar tending experience and basic drinks knowledge.
  • A thirst for knowledge – be it product, service, or everything in between.
  • A natural people person – you're confident behind the bar and brilliant with guests.
