At AECOM, we are currently recruiting for an Associate Project Manager-Residential projects to join us in our Dublin office.

Here's what you'll do:

Your day-to-day will include but not be limited to the following tasks and responsibilities;

The role will cover the whole project lifecycle from initial inception, through the design and procurement process and onto the site delivery and commissioning phase.

  • Work with other member of the project management team to successfully manage and deliver capital investment projects in large residential or mixed-use developments construction projects.
  • Lead project management commissions taking overall responsibility for their successful delivery
  • Liaise directly with clients, oversee project management team members with their duties
  • Ensure commissions are managed to the right quality standards and are completed efficiently and on time
  • Planning, directing and supervising all operations included in moderately sized projects with moderate risk, complexity and financial impact
  • Supporting the development of proposal for new work
  • Be specifically responsible for delegated business development / marketing objectives
  • Sector experience/workload - large residential or mixed-use developments

Here's what we're looking for:

As the successful candidate, you will have experience working within our markets along with having the following qualifications and experience.
  • Degree Qualified – BSc or MSc – in Project Management or other construction or engineering-related profession.
  • Professionally Qualified – ideally Chartered Project Manager Status with the RICS, APM, CIOB, or other equivalent institution.
