We are looking for customer focused, sales-oriented individuals with service industry/installation experience to join our team of Alarm Installation Technician at PhoneWatch The right candidate will have a technical aptitude, be target driven, have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and have strong communication skills. This Alarm Installation Technician role isbased in South Co. Dublin - uncapped earning potential

This vacancy is a full time permanent position. Salary potential €46,750 a year (OTE) - €28,000 year + Commissions, Bonus & Subs

Key Duties of a Alarm Installation Technician:

• The position involves the installation and maintenance of alarm systems.
• Carry out a comprehensive risk assessment and recommend additional components customers should consider purchasing in order to enhance their overall level of security and safety.
• Recommendation and Up-sale of additional components to customers in line with agreed targets

Key Skills & Experience:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare and complete job related documentation
• Experience and a passion for delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction is essential
• Being customer focused to increase sales by selling additional products to suit security needs
• Ability to use hand-tools
• Full clean driving licence is essential
• Safe Pass/Manual handling/Ladder training is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
• Attractive remuneration package
• Uncapped commission potential
• Full use of a company vehicle (including personal use), tool kit and company issued mobile phone
• Annual top performer trips
